International

For international customers, you can choose your order to be sent either via:

  • Pos Malaysia International Small Packet/Pos Malaysia International Air Parcel
    These are convenient and economical services that come with track and trace features. Your order may take up to 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on your location) and may also be subjected to customs inspection. Chapter and Star is not responsible to pay the additional fees or importation taxes charged by your country of locale. Your order can be tracked online here.
  • Poslaju (EMS – Merchandise)
    Pos Laju offers express delivery to over 232 countries worldwide through EMS (Express Mail Service) and our affiliated global courier companies. Express Mail Service (EMS) is an international express postal service offered by postal-administration members of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). EMS has the largest last mile coverage worldwide supported by the postal delivery network. Your order may take up to 1-2 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on your location) and may also be subjected to customs inspection. Chapter and Star is not responsible to pay the additional fees or importation taxes charged by your country of locale. Your order can be tracked online here.

Chapter and Star will not ship to a P.O. Box address. We aim to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. A tracking number will be provided to you in your accounts page, and you can use this number to track your package’s progress in the link given in the description above.


Returns

Chapter and Star only accepts returns on any item that is proven defective in terms of craftsmanship and are determined by case-by-case basis. If you are less than satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I’ll be happy to discuss with you about it! All shipping charges are responsibilities of the buyer, and until the product(s) are back safely into our hands, any damage or loss will be the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.

If vintage materials are used, please be aware that is the exact nature of it. Any wear and tear, tatters, rips and curls, faded colors or even stains are part of the book’s life before being bound into a new book and give the books their own special and unique character. On leather journals, sometimes the leather may display scratches, stains, and markings. These are a natural part of the leather, so please take that into consideration. I do my best to photograph and describe each item thoroughly so that you know what you are getting. Because of vintage book’s nature, returns will not be accepted due to the aged characteristics of the book. It is there on purpose!

Damaged/Lost Goods

Please note that Chapter and Star takes the utmost care in ensuring that all items sold are in good condition prior to postage. We also take steps to ensure all items are well packaged for shipping protection. As such, we will not be held responsible for any damage to goods incurred during postage or handling.

Chapter and Star will also not be held responsible should any package(s) be tampered with or lost during postage or handling.
